Sifu: Er. Manoranjan Mohapatra
The "Indian Fight School" was founded by Sifu: Er. Manoranjan Mohapatra on 2nd, May 1993 at Berhampur, Odisha It was established with a motive to aware people about Indian and other martial arts of the world. Some other motives for its establishment is to improve different martial art forms, to develop the personality of the trainee, to increase their will power, smartness, fearlessness and most of all physical fitness.
Mr. M.R.Mohapatra was born on 2nd May 1970, at Berhampur. He is the 2nd son of Mrs. Lily Mohapatra and Er. Niranjan Mohapatra. He was interested in martial art since his childhood. He gained this interest by watching different TV Shows and Movies.
He started practicing martial art at the age of 11. He showed keen interested in Kung-fu - The Shaolin Martial Art. After his matriculation he traveled different places of India to learn different Martial Art forms of Ancient India. He had undergone vigorous training during this period. After completing his Engineering degree, he went to Kathmandu, Nepal (The Himalayan Kingdom) for higher training in Kung-Fu.
During these period he participated in different local, national and international competitions and gained sufficient name and fame.
Then he thought of sharing his knowledge and skill to others. To implement this he established a Martial Art School at Berhampur, in the year 1993.
Since its establishment this school has trained thousands of students belonging to different places of India.
Now, Mr. M.R.Mohapatra has dedicated his life towards the improvement of Martial Art in India. His aim is to see his students in International Scenario. |
